HOW IT WORKS

1° STEP: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, OR, GET AN FREE ESTIMATE

Please tell us about your house, apartment or office, name, address, telephone, email. Choose the service you want to, and tell us about any special request you require, special instructions, or anything you wish to inform our cleaners. If you want a cleaning with only organic products this is the moment to request for. Also if you want any of our extra services not included, such as Inside Windows, walls, inside fridge, inside cabinet or others you must let us know.

In the same way, please indicate the number of rooms and bathrooms in your house, apartment or office. It is also very important that you tell us how much of square feet is your place. In case you do not know we can find out for you, this in order to establish the fair rate applicable to your place and your choice of cleaning package and extras in case you have chosen some. Finally, tell us your address and on what date you want the cleaning.

2° STEP: CONFIRMATION

Our customer service will process your request, and will confirm our availability, in case we do not have availability on the date or time required we will give you options to be able to satisfy your need. In the same way they will indicate the applicable rate according to the information provided by you. Finally, you will be notified that the appointment has been scheduled, indicating the date and time previously agreed. Also, one night before we will send you an email or a sms message reminding you about the scheduled appointment.

 

3° STEP: ENJOY LIFE. ENJOY CLEANING. AND HOW CAN YOU PAY.

Our cleaning team will show up at the agreed time. For us, punctuality is very important, so we try to be punctual at all costs, however, due to the eventuality, traffic, or delay in a previous appointment with other people, we let you know that we have a window hour to arrive to your house.

 Finally, Enjoy the cleanliness. Remember, once the cleaning is over you have the possibility to pay immediately as our equipment has a point of sale, or you can eventually pay in cash, check or pay online as well.

 

CANCELATION POLICY: We do charge 40 $ if you cancel or reschedule the cleaning with than 24 hours notice, this policy reimburses homekeepers for bloking off their schedule for you. There are no penalties or fees for canceling your appointment of the 24 hour window.
